These terms apply whenever you browse shedovia.shop or buy from Shedovia. Please read them before placing an order.

shedovia.shop is run by Shedovia, registered at Unit 7 Bournemouth Central Business Park, Southcote Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3SJ, United Kingdom. Wherever these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Shedovia.

You may use shedovia.shop only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others. You must not misuse the website, for example by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, or by trying to gain unauthorised access to our servers or any connected system.

We take all reasonable care to make sure the descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images on shedovia.shop are accurate. Slight differences in colour, finish, grain or texture can occur, especially with timber, metal and resin parts, and do not count as defects.

Garden sheds and outdoor storage units are pictured fully assembled for illustration only. Unless stated otherwise, they are delivered as a flat-pack or panel kit that you assemble by following the instructions supplied.

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Shedovia is not currently VAT registered, so the price shown at checkout is the price you pay; there are no hidden fees and no additional shipping costs for UK delivery. We may change our prices at any time, but any change will not apply to orders already confirmed.

By placing an order, you offer to buy the listed goods at the prices shown. The contract between you and Shedovia comes into existence only when we email you a dispatch confirmation for those items.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

▪    the product is out of stock, discontinued or no longer available from our manufacturer;

▪    there is an obvious error in the price or product description;

▪    payment verification fails;

▪    we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Where we cancel an order for one of these reasons, any payment already taken is refunded in full.

You can cancel free of charge at any point before your order is dispatched by emailing contact@shedovia.shop. After dispatch, please use our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. The key points are:

✓     we deliver within the United Kingdom only;

✓     standard UK delivery is free, whatever the order value;

✓     orders are handled within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days of dispatch.

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Payments are handled as described in our Payment Policy. We take payment through Stripe by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

As far as the law allows, Shedovia's liability in relation to any product bought from us is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Everything on shedovia.shop, including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos and the "Shedovia" name, belongs to or is licensed to Shedovia and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use personal data.

Shedovia is not responsible for any failure or delay in meeting its obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, severe weather, strikes affecting couriers or manufacturers, pandemics, war or government action.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of shedovia.shop.
